Ingrid LaFleur is a dedicated arts advocate who is currently running for Mayor of Detroit. She is not on the ballot so if you are voting in Detroit, write her name in.

Ingrid is focused on bringing humanity back to politics. It is up to Artists to imagine new ways to rebuild cities. Her platform focuses on creating access to clean water, and eliminating poverty. 

LaFleur is a member of the Detroit Culture Council, guest curator at the Detroit Film Theatre at the Detroit Institute of Arts, and founder of Afrotopia — an Afro-futurist art and film program. In Pittsburg, she helped establish the residency at the Andy Warhol Museum.
