Solesta Concepts
Confidence | IDEA + TACTICS
Through insights, we learned that patients suffering from fetal incontinence are constantly aware of their bodies. They spend extra time packing clothes, often wear a black wardrobe, and experience a loss of sensuality. This idea focuses on how Solesta gives them back their confidence. All of the featured patients will be wearing white clothing.
For this campaign, we elevated Solesta into the world of fashion and beauty. Showing patients they can start enjoying life again. They are able to come out again — literally, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Tactic ideas: White wardrobe makeover series, White wardrobe collection with Target, White party.
Control Freak | Idea + Microsite
Solesta is an injectable focused on treating fecal incontinence. The ideas positioned Solesta as a treatment that gives back bowel control to the patients. The word control has many meanings, a lot of them not so complimentary. However, if you are one of the 15 million people whose bowels ambush their daily lives, then control takes on a whole new meaning. Control is the only thing that can give you back your life.
Through the microsite, sufferers can watch patient stories and express excitement on Twitter about their newfound control. The microsite is filled with stats and facts, encouragement, bonus videos, and information about Solesta.
HAPPY BOTTOM CLUB | CRM + Microsite
Selesta wants patients to smile again with the Happy Bottom Club. Happiness comes from having control over your bowels. This concept ties the two messages together to create positive sentiments about achieving relief. You have no worries because any other "accident" pales in comparison.
CRM: The Happy Bottoms Club helps people who were reclusive, depressed, and checked-out re-engage with daily activities. Through email, partnerships with 3rd party vendors, and special events we'll encourage people to get up, got out, and start interacting with the world and others. We'll give them coupons for activities, and have curated events for special occasions that build awareness; not only for the problem but also for the solution.
Email: Being happy means spreading joy. We'll encourage people to share their happiness with others who could benefit. Or with someone in their life they wanted to tell about their condition. We'll make it easy with three pre-written emails to choose from. Choose from Serious, fun, or emotional and one can add in personal sentences. We’ll make it easy for sufferers to share their topline stories without embarrassment.
