Minda Harts is a multi-hyphenate powerhouse advocating for women of color in the workplace. Minda is a CEO, Best Selling Author, Speaker, Adjunct Assistant Professor, Fundraiser, and host of a weekly podcast called Secure The Seat.

She is the Founder and CEO of The Memo LLC, a career development platform for women of color. On this podcast, we discuss her best-selling book The Memo: What Women of Color Need to Know to Secure a Seat at the Table. On the show, we discuss Courageous Conversations and Courageous Listening, being a Corporate Kaepernick, how to navigate Corporate Mean Girls, how to go against Conformist Culture at work, Diversity and what it means to different cultures, and much more.

With more than a decade of fundraising and sales experience, Minda has been part of successful fundraising campaigns at a number of top colleges and universities. She is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service of NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.

As a speaker, she has conducted workshops and keynotes at corporations including Bloomberg, Google, Time Inc., SXSW, The Campaign For Black Male Achievement, and The New York Public Library. Along with universities and colleges like Western Illinois University, NYU Stern, North Carolina A&T, and Cornell.

Her work has been featured on MSNBC's Morning Joe, Fast Company, The Guardian, Forbes, The Washington Post, and Time Magazine. Frequently she speaks at companies like Microsoft, Levi's, Google, and Bloomberg on topics of Leadership, Managing Diverse Teams and Self-Advocacy.
